Bay Horse
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey,
1/2 oz. each; Pernod & Dark Creme de Cacao,
1 oz. Cream
Shake with ice & Pour into a Old fashioned glass, Garnish with a sprinkle of Nutmeg

Tramp
1 part Absolut Vodka
1/2 part ouzo
1/2 part Spearmint Schnapps
1 part condensed Milk
mix all together and drink it at once
A Bloody Horse
1-1/2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish
3/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
one 46 oz. can of tomato juice or bloody mary mix, such as Beefamato
Salt & pepper to taste
Celery salt to taste
Tabasco to taste
7 ounces Vodka or Gin, or you can have a virgin one
Coarse salt for rimming the glass
Celery stick for garnish
Mix all ingredients except the coarse salt and celery stick. Shake or stir well. Salt the rim of the glass. Fill glass with ice and add celery stick to garnish.
Mint Julep -- Traditional drink of the Kentucky Derby
Traditional drink of the Kentucky Derby
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
fresh mint
Crushed ice
Kentucky Bourbon
Prepare mint syrup by boiling sugar and water together for 5 minutes. After it cools, pour it over 6-8 sprigs of mint (bruised slightly to release the taste) and refrigerate overnight in a covered container.
Make the individual juleps by filling a julep cup (silver is preferred) with crushed ice, adding one tablespoon mint syrup and 2 ounces of bourbon. Stir and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

2 tsp. (7.5 ml) Grapefruit Juice
2 tsp. (7.5 ml) Orange Juice
Fill glass with ice, add all ingredients and stir
