2003 was celebrated with great pomp and show. There was a good participation. After the Ashwa Puja by Mrs. Gira Mehta, a Fancy Dress Competition was held for the horses in which 10 members took part with their horses. Mrs. Bickson of the Taj Hotel and Messrs Adi Godrej, Julio Rebeiro and Surinder Shrivastava judged the event and Mrs. Hansa Mariwala was kind enough to give away the prizes. We are also thankful to Mrs. Mehroo B. Dubash who sponsored the prizes for the winners and to Mr. N.J. Jhaveri who gave small souvenirs to other participants. A children carnival was organised which was enjoyed by the children. A special feature of the festival was that many schools approached us to bring their children for the show. Refreshments were served to all participants. Lunch by Muthuswamy was a treat.
